Summer Housing
Finding an affordable place to live for the summer can be a challenge in your internship search. Try all your personal connections - family and friends, roommates, Hiram friends, and then consider these options. If you use Craigslist, be cautious and get more than one reference before committing to live with a stranger.
Although the Career Center has not evaluated these housing options, we list sites that are maintained by other reputable colleges and universities and that for college students and interns. Students should use care to ask questions about terms and agreements when making summer housing arrangements. Often, colleges and universities will provide intern housing so always check with local universities when moving to a new city for the summer.
