Commencement Day Parking

Parking will be available the day of Commencement throughout campus, as marked on the map. Larger lots will be available at the following locations:

  • Gelbke Fine Arts Center (off Winrock)
  • WinPro Building (at the end of Winrock)
  • Hiram Christian Church

Please note that Dean Street will NOT be closed on Commencement day as it has in years passed. The Hinsdale extension leading to lower campus, will, however, be closed.

Guests requiring reserved parking or special seating due to special needs can register online through the Registration page or contact the Events Office at 330-569-5900 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Please be sure to register even if you possess a state-issued handicap permit. This allows us to assure we have an adequate number of handicap parking spaces.

Designated lots as  denoted  with H on the commencement campus map will be reserved for those guests who have registered.  All other parking is noted with a P.  Shuttle service will be on hand to assist from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
