Enrollment Deposit
The USD$200 enrollment deposit is due by May 1. Several payment options, including wire transfer information, are listed on the back of the Admission Acceptance Form which is sent to candidates with the formal letters of acceptance and scholarship. The deposit may be paid online by MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card transactions have a 2.5% convenience fee assessed by the credit card company. Visa is not accepted. Payment by electronic check is at no additional cost. Candidates may also make payments by paper check on an American bank or an international bank affiliated with a U.S. bank.

These charges include visits to the College's Health Center and entrance into most cultural and athletic events on campus. They do not include summer expenses and travel.

Paying School Fees
Bills are sent prior to each semester - in mid-June for fall semester, and mid-November for Spring. Fees may be paid:
- once annually prior to the school year (by July 23)
- prior to each semester (by July 23 and December 15)
- through the Hiram College payment plan.
The payment plan allows a student to divide each semester's bill into three equal payments. There is a fee to enroll in the Plan and detailed information regarding this option accompanies the initial billing prior to the start of the school year. Families may pay student bills online.
