IMPACT Peer Mentoring Program

Welcome to Hiram College! The Peer Mentoring Program is an exciting initiative that is designed to assist first-year students of color with the successful transition from high school to college. Participation in the program will enhance the process of acquainting you with the important interrelated dimensions of engagement that will positively IMPACT your success.

As a liberal arts institution, Hiram College values the development of the whole person. That is, your Hiram degree will not only prepare you for a mastery of a specific discipline or major, you will also become knowledgeable on a wide range of issues, topics, and subjects. The IMPACT Peer Mentoring Program is designed to support you through this important developmental process.
