  • 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.        Registration & opening reception: wine, beer, and hors d’oeuvres, East Hall entry foyer

 

Friday, July 26, 2013

  • 9:00 – 9:30 a.m.        Continental Breakfast
  • 9:30 – 12:00 p.m.      Session I: Introductions. Small group brainstorm for the “Generate” project
  • Noon – 1:00 p.m.       Lunch
  • 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.        Session II:  Share brainstorms. Brainstorm NANAS: contributors, goals, challenges, milestones
  • 3:30 – 4:00 p.m.        Break, with refreshments
  • 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.        Session III: From brainstorm, develop logical NANAS work groups and create group goals.
  • 6:00 –  7:30 p.m.       Dinner in Koritansky Hall
  • 7:30 – 9:30 p.m.        Optional evening cultural event/film screening

  • Noon – 1:00 p.m.       Lunch
  • 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.        Session II:  NANAS grant writing, part II
  • 3:30 – 4:00 p.m.        Break (with refreshments)
  • 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.        Session III: NANAS wrap-up
  • 6:00 –  7:30 p.m.       Dinner in Koritansky Hall
